Lagodekhi

Lagodekhi National Reserve is situated on the south skulls of Kavkasiosni ridge. The reserve was founded in 1912. Area of the reserve is 17668 hectare. 12346 hectare of the whole territory is covered with woods, the rest – 5322 hectares are alpine fields.  Big amplitude between heights (450-3500 meters) causes variety of nature. There is a path from Lagodekhi to “Ninoskhevi Waterfall”. The length of the path is 8.5 kilometers and it is labeled as a semi-difficult one. On the road to the waterfall   we are surrounded by breathtaking nature, also we could see some animals.
