Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Ljubljana-Slovenia (ID or passport obligatory for border crossing). Ljubljana sightseeing tour. Overnight in Ljubljana area.

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer from Ljubljana to Bled. Visit of lake Bled and the Bled castle. Overnight in Bled area.

Breakfast at the hotel. Afternoon transfer back to Croatia (ID or passport obligatory for border crossing). En route, visit of cities Porec and Rovinj. Overnight in Opatija area.

Breakfast at the hotel. Morning at leisure. Afternoon transfer from Opatija to the Plitvice national park. Overnight in Plitvice area.

Breakfast at the hotel. Visit of Plitvice National Park. Afternoon, transfer from Plitvice to Zadar. Overnight in Zadar area.

Breakfast at the hotel. Zadar sightseeing tour with local guide. Afternoon transfer to Sibenik and sightseeing tour with local guide. Overnight in Sibenik area.

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer from the hotel to the Dubrovnik airport for departure flight.
